Jennifer Misko, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (supervised by Jennifer Popovich, LPC-S), I am committed to helping clients move through challenges, improve relationships and transform their lives. My approach is supportive, empathic, and interactive. Together we will explore, heal, and build on your strengths to create meaningful change. I do couples and individual work (ages 18 and up) with a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. I have training in a number of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, allowing your treatment to be tailored to your unique needs.
